Customers make your business possible. But how to keep track of them?! Contacts offers a intuitive interface for managing companies and contacts. Your contacts are the base for most other Office applications since a lot of your business is dealing with them. And other applications use them as well since it is the prefered way of managing contacts within the XsDesktop environment.
There are two types of contacts in Office, individuals and companies. Both can be related to one another and individuals can be related too.
Journal
When was the last contact with a customer? When did a letter arrive? How many times did a customer call? All these questions are important for doing business. With Journal you can keep track of all kinds of communication with customers.
Using the filters it is very easy to create a list of received letters or phonecalls, between certain dates, for a certain customer, etc.
